Sign-in & security
In the real version only Amy and Sara can get in, each with their own password plus Face ID / fingerprint, an emailed code, or an authenticator app. This sample skips that.
Square
Not connected yet. Once connected, one tap brings in every new Square invoice, so there are no exports to download.
- Amy signs in at developer.squareup.com with her Square login and creates an app (any name).
- Under Credentials, switch to Production and copy the access token.
- Sara adds it in Hostinger as
SQUARE_ACCESS_TOKEN.
Automatic backups
Every week the app saves a full copy of your orders (the last 10 are kept). Once email is set up, it can also be emailed to you.

The spreadsheet opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, handy for your accountant. The backup is a complete copy of everything.
